The Vision of Daniel 11

Chapter 11 of Daniel is a prophecy of the major events in the entire history of the world starting from 300 BC. It begins with the history of the Greek empire, then describes the rise and fall the Roman Empire, then the Holy Roman Empire, the history of modern Europe, the US Empire and finally that of the ten kings that rule for one hour with the beast of Revelation.

Since Daniel tells us that this history was for the latter days it can be understood to either give the history from 321BC till the end of time or it can be understood to give us the history from the “time of the end” beginning about 1798 till the end.

Since the Bible teaches and we have confirmed many times (here, here and here) that  prophetic history repeats repeats, both of these views are essentially the same.
